Our client is a $12 million corporation at the leading edge of UV laser wire marking and wire processing technology for use in the production of electrical wire harnesses in aircraft.

They had previously tried to enter the French market and failed. Our mission was to secure market entry. We did so by developing close ties to a major French independent aircraft manufacturer and leveraged their relationships and market prestige to become the manufacturer of choice for the subcontract cable harness manufacturer with 60% of the French market and aggressive Europe and American expansion plans. Our strategy also secured sales for our client beyond our target market. Had our client followed a number of our other recommendations, they would likely have secured 100% of the target market and not just 60%.
